東京国際声楽学会（TIVS）
東京国際声楽学会（Tokyo International Vocal Society / TIVS）は、声楽芸術の力で国境を越えた文化交流と相互理解を育み、芸術教育と地域文化の発展に寄与することを目的として設立された団体です。
主な活動は、①声楽の研究・研修・発表（学術／芸術の両面）、②日中を軸とした国際音楽交流イベントの開催、③コンサート・公開講座・マスタークラス等の企画運営、④若手声楽家・音楽人材の育成支援、⑤地域住民や多文化コミュニティとの音楽交流です。
発起人である声楽家・秦千懿は、日本で声楽・クラシックを学び続けたい人々、とりわけ在日華人コミュニティに「学び、つながり、発表できる場」が不足している現状を踏まえ、TIVSを立ち上げました。まずは日中間の人的・芸術的交流を活性化させ、将来的にはより広い国際連携へと発展させることを目指しています。

东京国际声乐学会（Tokyo International Vocal Society / TIVS）是以声乐艺术的力量为纽带，旨在跨越国界促进文化交流与相互理解，并为艺术教育与地区文化发展作出贡献的团体。
主要活动包括：①声乐研究、培训与发表（兼具学术与艺术层面）；②以中日交流为核心的国际音乐交流活动；③音乐会、公开讲座与大师班等项目的策划与运营；④青年声乐家及音乐人才的培养与支持；⑤与地区居民及多元文化社群的音乐交流与互动。
发起人、声乐家秦千懿基于在日本持续学习声乐与古典音乐的人群需求，尤其关注在日华人社群中“学习、连接与发表的平台”相对不足的现状，因此创立了TIVS。学会将首先致力于推动中日之间的人文与艺术交流，并以此为基础，逐步拓展为更广泛的国际合作平台。

Tokyo International Vocal Society (TIVS) is an organization founded with the mission of fostering cross-border cultural exchange and mutual understanding through the power of vocal arts, while contributing to arts education and the development of local cultural communities.
Our main activities include: (1) research, training, and presentations in vocal studies (both academic and artistic); (2) international music exchange programs centered on Japan–China collaboration; (3) planning and management of concerts, public lectures, and masterclasses; (4) support for the development of young vocalists and emerging music professionals; and (5) musical exchange and community engagement with local residents and multicultural communities.
Founded by soprano Qianyi Qin, TIVS was established in response to the need for a place where people in Japan who wish to continue learning vocal and classical music—especially within the Chinese community in Japan—can learn, connect, and perform. TIVS first aims to energize artistic and people-to-people exchange between Japan and China, and in the future, to expand into broader international partnerships.
